RETURNS POLICY - BOOKS

All books are provided by Lulu Publishing print-on-demand service and each order is custom printed.

If you wish to return any book, you may do so within 14 days - for a like-for-like exchange or credit. Credit remains valid for 6 months

To be eligible for a return, the book/s must be in the same condition as received.

The buyer is responsible for paying for the return postage too.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any books that have been damaged in transit - so please ensure you package the product securely, or where the package has been damaged, including where shipping labels have been attached directly to the product packaging.

Downloads purchased via this website DO NOT qualify for a refund as each download is provided as tailored according to subsequent email instructions . Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under UK consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.

  There are NO Refunds for revealed secrets : Items, being second-hand illusions, effects or tools, are non-returnable as the initial value of an item is its secret, which you are in part paying for. However should there be postal damage we will assist with Royal Mail or other carrier claims.
  
  Product descriptions: I will have referenced other websites for accuracy.
  Photography authenticity: Photos are taken by me, show the actual item and are not sourced externally.
  Honest representation: All items are presented truthfully.
  Buyer’s Responsibility: Correct delivery details must be provided by the buyer. Errors in provided addresses are the buyer’s responsibility, unless it’s our mistake.
  Address corrections: Contact us immediately for address changes before shipping.
  Pre-purchase queries: Do ask any questions before buying to ensure satisfaction.
  Payment security: Transactions are securely processed via PayPal.
